At agete-global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
